This ramen creation combines the depth of a rich tonkotsu broth with the unique umami flavor of black garlic tare. Fresh vegetables and a creamy ramen egg provide the perfect finishing touch. A must-try for anyone who loves hearty flavors.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 525 ml Organic Bone Broth Tonkotsu for Ramen
- 2 tbsp Black Garlic Tare
- 150g ramen noodles
- 1 small pak choi, halved
- 4–5 broccolini stalks
- 1 spring onion, cut into fine strips (leek julienne)
- A handful of sprouts (e.g. mung bean or radish sprouts)
- 2 Ramen eggs (marinated in soy sauce OR black garlic tare)
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Chili oil for extra heat
ZUBEREITUNG
- Prepare the ramen eggs by boiling them for 6-7 minutes, peeling and marinating them (in soy sauce or preferably in black garlic tare for 24 hours).
- Slice the spring onion into thin rings and place in ice water. Blanch the broccolini and pak choi for 1–2 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat the broth, divide the Black Garlic Tare between two bowls and mix with the hot broth.
- Season with sesame seeds and chili oil to taste.
