Our selected classics give dishes, soups and sauces the necessary finesse and should simply not be missing in any kitchen. Our bone broths are gently cooked according to an authentic recipe for at least 48 hours. The amino acids, collagen and minerals extracted are said to be good for the joints, intestines and the immune system. After all, chicken soup is also a classic home remedy for colds. But of course we also thought of our vegan and vegetarian friends. Our vegetable broths are only made with the best organic vegetables and a lot of love, but hopefully that goes without saying by now.
