Super easy and incredibly delicious: This ramen variation brings the full umami package to the table with just a few ingredients. A flavor explosion guaranteed. The perfect dish for ramen first-timers ^.^
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 525 ml Organic Ramen Bone Broth (Tonkotsu, Free-Range Chicken or Grass-Fed Beef)
- 200g Organic Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
- 1 tbsp organic garlic tare seasoning paste
- 1 tsp umami salt
- 1 tbsp organic chili oil
- 2 spring onions, cut into fine rings
- 2 ramen eggs (or simply soft-boiled eggs)
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 100g baby spinach or pak choi
- Sesame seeds and nori flakes for garnish
ZUBEREITUNG
- Heat the selected organic ramen bone broth in a pot and stir in the garlic tare seasoning paste with a hand blender.
- Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then cool and halve them. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- Sauté shiitake mushrooms in a pan and season with umami salt. Briefly sauté the pak choi as well; baby spinach can be added raw.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, drain and shake vigorously in a sieve until they are slightly creamy.
- Divide the noodles among 4 bowls, pour over hot broth, and distribute the prepared toppings. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori flakes to taste.
- Tip for a spicy kick: Add 1-2 dashes of chili oil!
