Zutaten:
- 525ml Phở soup base
- 150g rice noodles
- 100g organic beef, e.g. rump
- 1/4 bunch of coriander
- 1/4 bunch of Thai basil
- 1/4 bunch of mint
- 1/4 bunch of spring onions
- a handful of mung bean sprouts
- 1 small red chili
- 0.5 lime
- Sriracha sauce if desired
ZUBEREITUNG
- Wash and chop herbs. Remove the seeds from the chilli and cut into small rings. Cook the rice noodles shortly according to the package instructions and collect them in a sieve. Bring 525 ml Phở soup base to the boil briefly in a pot.
- Slice the meat very thinly and serve with the noodles in a large bowl. Pour boiling broth over it (the meat will cook but remain pink). Season with herbs, sprouts and sauces to taste. Drizzle some lime juice over it.
