Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- 500ml tomato broth children's edition
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini + 1 pepper
- 2 tsp oregano
- fresh basil
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- Pepper salt
- Pinch of cane sugar
- olive oil
- Pasta of your choice

- First, cut the vegetables into small pieces and sweat them with a little olive oil over medium heat. As soon as the vegetables are a little translucent, add the tomato paste and cherry tomatoes as well as a little oregano if desired. Let everything simmer a little until the tomatoes slowly collapse.
- Now add the sun tomato broth and let everything simmer on your stove at a low temperature for about 20 minutes. Then use your hand blender and chop everything into a fine sauce.
- Now you can season everything with salt, pepper and a pinch of cane sugar. You cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. It tastes best served with fresh basil and parmesan!
