Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious – that's the best way to describe our Quick PHỞ! Are you ready for a culinary adventure that will immerse your taste buds in the world of Vietnamese flavors? Then grab your bowls! ;)

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 150-200 g rice noodles
  • 525ml Organic Beef Bone Broth for Pho Bo OR Organic Beef & Chicken Bone Broth for Pho
  • Fish Sauce Royal
  • Mango Drop Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • A handful of herbs (e.g. Thai basil, mint, Vietnamese long coriander)
  • 100g steak (beef), cut into thin strips
  • 100g of topside beef, cut into thin slices
  • 1-2 chilies, cut into fine rings
  • Rungs (optional)
  • lime wedges

ZUBEREITUNG

  • Soak the rice noodles in cold water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Then drain.
  • Cut the onion into thin strips and sprinkle with a pinch each of salt and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the onion flavor to mellow.
  • Tear the herbs (Thai basil, mint, Vietnamese long coriander) into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Cut the steak into thin strips and the topside into thin slices.
  • The chilies are cut into thin rings.
  • Heat the pho broth in a pot - do not boil.
  • Cook the rice noodles in lightly salted water, drain, and divide them among the bowls. Then pour the hot broth over them.
  • Top with the prepared toppings: steak strips, slices of beef brisket, onions, herbs and chilies.
  • Depending on taste, sprouts can also be added to the bowls.
  • Serve with Fish Sauce Royale, Mango Drop and 1-2 lime wedges for individual seasoning.
