Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 2 packs of UDON Hakubaku noodles
- 2 bottles of chicken ramen base broth
- approx. 400 g minced meat
- Tan Tan seasoning sauce
- Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
- Organic Gomasio spice mix
- Fresh coriander
- 2 spring onions
ZUBEREITUNG
- Heat the broth in a large pot – do not boil! Stir in 1-3 tablespoons of Tan Tan sauce using an immersion blender or whisk to make it nice and creamy (Important!).
- Simply cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Then pour it into a sieve and shake it vigorously until the pasta is slightly creamy.
- Brown the minced meat in a little oil. Add 1-3 teaspoons of organic spicy chili crunch for extra flavor.
- To serve, start by distributing the pasta among the bowls. Pour the creamy broth over it and then distribute the browned minced meat.
- To garnish, sprinkle organic gomasio spice mix, chopped coriander and sliced spring onions decoratively over the top.
- As an alternative to ground meat, you can also use tofu, tempeh, or vegetables like mushrooms. A ramen egg is never a bad idea either.
