Slight spiciness meets the wonderful sweetness of coconut milk, along with aromatic mushrooms and snow peas for a delicious bite, and fresh avocado for a balancing coolness in the mouth. Ingredients:
- 300ml Tom Yam Organic Free Range Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 150g Champions
- 1 onion
- Ginger, fresh
- a handful of sugar snap peas
- 1 avocado
- Salt pepper
ZUBEREITUNG
- Cut your champions, snow peas and onion into thin slices and sauté them in a pot. Add some grated ginger and after two minutes, deglaze with our tom yam broth and coconut milk.
- Let your soup simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, in the meantime cut your avocado into slices. Now you can arrange everything in your soup bowl and enjoy.
