No rice cooker? No problem! With a regular pot – ideally with a glass lid – and our all-in-one sushi rice mix, you can make perfect sushi rice even without a special appliance. Simply cook, mix, let it sit briefly – and you have the ideal base for sushi, bowls, or onigiri. Quick, easy, and delicious – even in the smallest kitchen! 🍚✨
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- 500g sushi rice
- 500 ml cold water
- 8 tbsp Sushi Rice Mix

- Wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Add to a pot with 500 ml of cold water in a 1:1 ratio. (preferably with a glass lid)
- Put the lid on and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat until steam rises.
- Then continue cooking for 3 minutes on full power – the lid must always remain on!
- Turn off the flame and let it steep for 10-15 minutes (still with the lid closed).
- Then remove the lid, fluff the rice with a fork and carefully fold in the sushi rice mixture.
- Your perfect base for sushi, bowls, onigiri & more is ready – guaranteed to work!
