Ingredients for two people:
- 1 bone broth from grass-fed beef
- 0.1l cream
- 50g butter
- a small pumpkin (butternut)
- 2 small red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Curry powder, salt, sugar, chili powder
- olive oil
ZUBEREITUNG
- Peel the pumpkin, onions and garlic, cut into pieces, mix with the spices and olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Bring the roasted vegetables to the boil in a pot with the bone broth from the grass-fed beef and puree them with the cream and butter in a blender or with a magic wand.
- Season with salt & chili powder.
