Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 400g firm-cooking potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp J. Kinski Organic Avocado Crunch
- salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

- Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water until tender, drain, and let them steam dry. Serve unpeeled or peel if desired.
- Mash the avocados, stir in lemon juice and organic avocado crunch, season with salt and pepper.
- Top the potatoes with the cream or serve as a dip, optionally garnished with herbs.
- Tip: Baked potatoes are also excellent. Simply cut potatoes into wedges, drizzle with oil, and bake at 200°C. For extra flavor, sprinkle with avocado crumble.
