Crispy potatoes meet creamy avocado: This simple dish shows how little it takes to create something truly delicious from good ingredients. "Potatoes with Avocado" is perfect as an uncomplicated meal, a side dish, or for sharing – pure, honest, and full of flavor.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 400g firm-cooking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp J. Kinski Organic Avocado Crunch
  • salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

ZUBEREITUNG

  • Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water until tender, drain, and let them steam dry. Serve unpeeled or peel if desired.
  • Mash the avocados, stir in lemon juice and organic avocado crunch, season with salt and pepper.
  • Top the potatoes with the cream or serve as a dip, optionally garnished with herbs.
  • Tip: Baked potatoes are also excellent. Simply cut potatoes into wedges, drizzle with oil, and bake at 200°C. For extra flavor, sprinkle with avocado crumble.
