INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:
- 600 g gyoza filled with pork, for example
- 2 bottles of Ramen Basic Dashi Umami Fish Broth OR BACON TEA Ham Broth
- 400g ramen noodles
- 3 tsp miso paste
- spring onions
- 4 eggs
- 1 bok choy
- 200g bacon
- 100 g sprouts
ZUBEREITUNG
- To prepare gyoza: Steam gyoza (available in Asian supermarkets) according to package instructions.
- Prepare vegetables: Blanch pak choi and sprouts. Prepare the spring leek - cut the green part into rings and the white part into fine julienne strips.
- Fry the bacon: Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside.
- Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen noodles for 5 minutes and drain well.
- Make the broth: Dissolve the miso paste in the Ramen Basic Dashi Umami fish broth and bring to the boil briefly.
- To serve: Divide the cooked noodles into bowls and pour the hot broth over them. Add gyozas, bok choy, sprouts, bacon and spring onion. Garnish each with a ramen egg.
